Former major league baseball player, professional manager, World Series Champion, Aaron Miles, brings his 20+ years of professional baseball experience home to Contra Costa County, to create a fun and professional learning experience for all aspects of the game.
The GOLDEN STATE GRIND is convinced the fundamentals instilled in Aaron by his dad at an early age laid the foundation for a successful major league career. In addition to the physical skills acquired, he takes pride in developing the complete player centered around character building and training to provide a roadmap towards success.
Aaron believes that learning the fundamentals is a core component of a player’s successful development. He teaches all aspects of the game, specializing in hitting, fielding, baserunning, and baseball IQ. Baseball lesson examples include but not limited to hitting, fielding, throwing, catching, youth pitching, speed and agility, hitting approach, mental approach, and character building.

Not all private baseball lessons are created equal. Each individual lesson is uniquely different, and upon initial evaluation, players will have a tailored plan to fit the wants and needs of each individual.
Baseball instruction will consist of drills and training developed and used through 20+ years of professional baseball experience as a major league player, professional manager, and World Series Champion.
Aaron is available for individual & group lessons, and team workouts.
